Ciena, Alcatel-Lucento Familiarity with Dark Fiber vendorsThis position will be responsible for network transport design in the Tristate Submarket, primarily focusing on network configurations and IP assignments.The scope of this role will also include several CBand config/IP related tasks such as the creation of LS3/LS6 router configs, LS3/LS6 Conquest IP responsibilities, CBand bandwidth upgrade generated configs and the Granite work required for bandwidth upgrades.o Create router configuration files for multiple transport solutions such as Dark Fiber, LIT-Eline and 3rd Party fiber circuitso Provide technical support and project management for the design, acquisition, and implementation for all equipment supporting Network infrastructure projects including, but not limited to DWDM and SONET Optical transport systems deployed throughout the Network.
