Lash Artistry and TintingUpselling products and servicesChecking Clients in and outEngaging customers with world class serviceSanitation and Industry standardsPerforming additional duties as requiredRequirements include:
Experience lash technician that is willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka LashSocial media experience preferred - Markets skills in the community and promotes Deka Lash through IG and FBBooks lash models during training periodDiscusses lash membership and product options to clients and maintains monthly sales goalsMonitors client book and is prompt & present for appointmentsIs available to work Saturdays, and weekdaysShares with team in all studio cleaning activitiesIs willing to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skillsIs able to consult and design appropriate lash designs based on client preference and needIs knowledgeable on all Deka Lash retail products to promote and educate clients on home care of their eyelash extensionsProvides frequent education and recommendations to clients with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure client satisfactionThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchiseeYour application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchiseeAll inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Deka Lash.
